families with children

Services for children are held on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. After participating in praise and worship with their families in our main sanctuary at the WARM Center, children are prayed for and released for their respective services. If this is your family's first time attending, please walk with your child to the lobby to fill out a participation form. Your family's well-being is a priority and the form allows us to serve you and your child(ren) safely.

BC Kids (Ages 2-5)

BC Kids is held in the WARM Center lobby (717 N. Homewood Ave. 15208). Leaders utilize a curriculum to deliver a Bible lesson, a song, and a craft. Participants will also receive a snack. Please take your little ones to the bathroom before bringing them to the lobby. If your child needs to use the restroom during their service, a leader will bring them to you in the sanctuary. Once they are finished we encourage them to return to the lobby so they can continue participating in their service.

BC Children's Church (k - 6th Grade)

Children in kindergarten through 6th grade participate in Bible lessons, practice a memory verse, sing songs, and hear a life story designed to connect the day's lessons together. We then break into small groups to discuss what was learned over snack.

Children's Church is held at our administrative building (7238 Fleury Way) while the children's area in the lower level of the WARM Center is under construction. Transportation is provided in bad weather, other wise it is a short 2 minute walk that children and trained ministers take together. After Children's Church, children return to the WARM Center to reunite with their family. Please encourage your child to leave toys, food, and other distractions with you.

BC Youth (7th - 12th grade)

BC Youth remain in the main sanctuary and complete a Youth Sermon Reflection Sheet in addition to the sermon outline. If they did not receive the sheets, please ask an usher. After service youth turn in their reflection sheet to the youth minister in the lobby.
